CROXAMOX-50
DESCRIPTION:
CROXAMOX-50 is a high-potency, broad-spectrum water-soluble antibiotic formulation formulated with 50% amoxicillin to treat a wide range of bacterial infections in livestock and poultry. As a penicillin-class bactericidal agent, it effectively targets susceptible Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms affecting the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, and skin. It is commonly prescribed to combat highly prevalent livestock and avian diseases.
COMPOSITION:
Each 100 g contains:
Amoxicillin Trihydrate (Eq. to Amoxicillin base) 50g
INDICATION:
- S. pullorum (Pullorum Disease)
- E. coli (Airsacculitis, Colibacillosis)
- H. paragallinarum (Infectious Coryza)
- P. multocida (Fowl Cholera)
- S. gallinarum (Fowl Typhoid)
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Poultry 🐓
- Preventive: 1 g in 4 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.
- Treatment: 1 g in 3 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Livestock 🐄
- Preventive: 30-40 mg/kg body weight for 3-5 days.
WITHDRAWAL PERIOD: 7 Days
STORAGE: Store in a cool and dry place (15°C to25°C). Protect from direct sunlight and heat.
